I’m a Senior Program/Project Manager located in the metro DC area specializing in process transformations for efficiency and effectiveness. That could mean going the Agile Direction, ITIL methodologies, or utilizing a hybrid methodology, whatever path is taken will be guaraneed to be taken together.

My Story

I’m been extremly lucky and blessed to have worked at phenominal companies that have supported and allowed me to test out different process theories and strive for constant improvement. I’m experienced in everything from Product Launches, Data Center, Development, Cross Functional projects, PMO offices from the ground up, and plenty of other areas. I’ve worn many hats and always looking to grow!

My goal when working with a new company is having a definite definition of what success looks like for them. It can be anything from consistant product releases, reducing employee pain points resulting in high turnover to an actual documented process that is understood by teams. Then we can come up with a game plan and time line (Gantt chart) to achieve success. Who doesn’t love a good Gantt chart! 🙂
